Blogging the Bible

I just wanted to put a plug in for a blog from Slate called Blogging the Bible. The author is blogging about the Old Testament right now and his comments are very interesting. It's funny to be reminded about how outrageous the Bible can be, especially the Old Testament. I find it particularly ironic to be reminded about how violent and bloodthirsty Jehovah and his prophets and followers were in light of how much press the violence of militant Islam is getting.
